1. Teamwork

Migrant participants experienced curriculum that focused on the importance of working together to accomplish group tasks. Communication and group leadership were stressed as essential to succeeding in this area.

The Assessment:
Participants discussed in circle sessions their reflections and experiences during the leadership activities. Migrant students submitted an evaluation of activities at the end of the program.
