3. Leadership Skills

Migrant participants became familiar with leadership concepts including defining the characteristics of leadership & leadership styles. Emphasis was placed on identifying one’s own leadership abilities and potential for leadership.

The Assessment:
Participants discussed their leadership abilities in their journals and in the end of program evaluation. The leadership topic was also discussed during counseling sessions.
