Professional/Corporate Training Programs
The need for directly implementing teambuilding curriculum is apparent when considering organizational needs in our current environment. Organizations are made up of individuals with diverse needs, personalities and life experiences. Creating effective, mutually supporting teams can be accomplished directly through the use of experiential activities that enhance participant's ability to use sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making while accomplishing the provided tasks. During a teambuilding program, instructors teach through activities where metaphors and analogies are applied to situations. These situations are compared and transferred to the participant's personal life. The activities are a "hook" utilized to more effectively speak to participants about concepts in a more authentic, tangible manner.
